Self-Esteem
It begins with you, and your attitude. There are a lot of misconceptions about what type of guys women date. Most guys start thinking, oh they only date the rich guys with thick wallets, or those supermodel guys who look super hot. First off, if you're looking to find a date, you need to stop comparing yourself to other guys. This show isn't about those guys with Porsches and Ferrari's, it's about you. Believing that you can get a date will help you become more confident. If everyday, you think of yourself as a loser, then honestly, you will remain a loser. Actions have to come from y ...

Human Origins
The issue of human evolution going back at least 9,000,000 (nine million) years and possibly even being upright by that time is another of the facts which when in my youth seemed totally ridiculous. Actually many mystics said it goes back twelve million years to when what could be called the missing link occurred. The matter of whether we descended from apes is still up in the air and more importantly it would appear the mystics were right about cross-breeding and shamanistic attunements to affect such things in many life forms. These qualitative or spiritual changes are reflected in an indivi ...

Bodyguard Training in Mexico; My Experiences While Providing BG Training in Mexico
Mexico the country of Salsa, Tortillas and Corruption; I first arrived in Mexico City in February 2002 as an instructor for the WFB – the World Federation of Bodyguards. A Mexican security service had contracted Anders Sorenson, the Norwegian WFB instructor and I, to set-up a training program for BG’s in Mexico. I came through customs and the weapons search, shaking my head at the Mexican officials who only spoke Spanish, making my visa interview a complete waste of time. That was one of my first lessons about Mexico; almost all Mexicans dream of going to the US to live however, ...

We’re back from the 2005 nationals, held in Oklahoma City. We were competing, as usual, in only Open Halter Events. Our entries on July 7th and 8th were weanling colts, weanling fillies, yearling mares, and two-year-old mares. We were victorious garnering four top tens in large classes. These classes represented the culmination of the best breeding programs built on the best efforts of horsemen and women since this breed’s conception. These horses proudly carry the genetics and baton of inspiration for the future as a breed.
Not everyone rehearses their losses. Embarrassingly, it was no ...

Male Mid-Life Crisis
Men notice that their former youthful exuberance and ravenous virility are slowly diminishing when they reach the age of 40 and onwards. This is when males experience hair loss, bone loss, insomnia or other sleeping problems, and problems with memory and calculation. They often feel cranky, fatigued, and less motivated. Or sometimes these are accompanied by sweating and flushing, loss of muscle mass and strength, aches and pains, increased fat, decreased sexual performance or erectile dysfunction, and depression. Most men who reach midlife will basically experience one or all of ...
