Research Kit detects and quantifies DNA damage. OxyFLOW(TM) utilizes fluorescent 8-oxoguanine binding protein in flow cytometric assay for detecting and quantifying oxidative DNA damage to lympho-hematopoietic cells resulting from stress, xenobiotics, and administration of drugs. Availability of direct-conjugated antibodies directed to membrane antigens allows identification of oxidative DNA damage in subpopulations of cells. Kit can also be used for toxicity testing and environmental biomonitoring.
