  • Four Main Factors Causing High Cholesterol
Besides diet, other causes of high cholesterol are lifestyle, gender and the heritage of the individual.

For some, even maintaining cholesterol at the right levels and being fit and thin will still not prevent the development of high levels of bad cholesterol. Due to heart risk factors besides diet, some people require a very aggressive approach which includes cholesterol lowing medication. We will address this issue as we progress in 30 days to lowering cholesterol.

Lifestyle issues and high cholesterol: When we opt for convenience in eating over nutrition, we are setting ourselves u ...

Did you ever notice that the bar is continually being raised on exactly
what physical characteristics define beauty? As I sit in front of the

that resembles spun silk. Take these same beauties and plop them back
in time 20-30 years, when the advent of modern cosmetic technology had not even begun to reach its full potential. Do you think they would have had those same attributes you find yourself longing for when faced with these image ...

  • Under the Knife
More and more men who are unhappy about their penis sizes have considered getting under the knife or having surgery in an attempt to enhance the appearance and function of their member.

Much headway has been gained in phalloplasty, also called cosmetic penile enhancement or augmentation surgery, but it still remains a very controversial method in penile enlargement due to unpredictable results and the high risks involved.

Phalloplasty requires two separate procedures: one to lengthen the penis and another to increase girth.

  • Human Health Modification Using Sun Light and Frequency

Human behavior could be modified using light preferably real sunlight. A person could rest in a hammock while a large fan would rotate at a prescribed speed. For instance a fan blade would block the sun as it passes the individual. A four bladed fan spinning at 2 revolutions per second would produce a shade spot on the individual 8 times per second. What this would be attempting is to use the sunlight healing properties along with inducing Alpha brain waves to a frequency near the earths frequency, which is 7.89 Hz.

The theory would hold that the immune system would run at full optim ...

  • How to Grow Bamboo
Bamboo is a mysterious and elusive plant that baffles taxonomists who try to contain it within a botanical class and gardeners who try to contain it within a limited garden space as they learn how to grow bamboo. For many years, bamboo was thought to be a primitive grass but recent DNA testing has shown it to be one of the most highly evolved forest grasses. There are over 1200 forms of bamboo that grow in a broad spectrum of color including the familiar green and gold as well as burgundy, blue and even black grasses. Some varieties of bamboo can grow up to a foot a day and ultimately reach 13 ...
