Blood Type and Diet
Eating right to suit your blood type" is a subject that is come up a lot in the chat rooms lately, so as promised, here is more information about the topic. First of all there are two bibles on this subject written by Dr. Peter J. D'Adamo. The first is "Eat Right 4 Your Type" and the second, "Cook Right 4 Your Type". If you are really interested in pursuing this lifestyle, I STRONGLY recommend you buy both of these books and read them from cover to cover to see if these diets are for you. For those of you who have cancer, low blood sugar, are on medication or are diabetic, check this ...

Are Things Hopeless?
On its face, judging from what we get in the media, it would seem our world is spiraling into the abyss. Putting aside that “doom and gloom” is a profit center for the media, there is reason for concern but also reason for hope.
That hope resides in each of us as individuals. Evil can only exist if good men do nothing. Every good or bad thing that has ever come to the world began with one person who decided to do something. One is a powerful number. The helping hand we need for world woes does not lie with government or others, it is right at the end of our own arm.
Yes, everyth ...

Fluorescence-, isotope- or biotin-labeling of the 5 '-end of single-stranded DNA/RNA using T4 RNA li
A rapid 5'-labeling method of single-stranded DNA/RNA was developed, which is based on the utilization of an adenylated intermediate in the reaction of T4 RNA ligase. This method is commonly useful for fluorescence-, isotope- or biotin-labeling of the 5'-ends ...
Medical implant having closed loop transcutaneous energy transfer (tet) power transfer regulation circuitry
An implantable medical device, such as a bi-directional infuser device for hydraulically controlling an artificial sphincter (e.g., adjustable gastric band) benefits from being remotely powered by transcutaneous energy transfer (TET), obviating the need for batteries. In order for active components in the medical device to operate, a sinusoidal power signal...

Sheep Have Been Cloned...Are Humans Next?
Do you enjoy watching forensic science shows like CSI? Are you interested in genetics and the intricacies of DNA? Genetic engineering that deals with the human genome and DNA has become a hot bed for discussion in recent years. Advancements in forensic science have helped law enforcement to nab criminals and solve previous “cold” cases. Understanding the components of the human body and human nature is valuable information that is a welcome notion of safety for most.
While many would agree that using DNA as evidence is a good idea, manipulating human genetics is another issue. Cloning h ...

Ribonomics
A few classical examples of ncRNA are transfer RNA (tRNA) and ribosomal (rRNA) both of which perform key functions in the cell. Little is known about just how many other families exist and new.
Rna - Definition, Synonyms, and Reference from onpedia.com
RNA - ribonucleic acid found in the nucleolus of the cell acceptor RNA, soluble RNA, transfer RNA, tRNA - short-chain RNA molecules present in the cell (in at least 20 varieties, each variety.
A Molecular Biology Glossary

BiologyMad A-Level Biology
Transfer RNA (tRNA) tRNA is an adapter that matches amino acids to their codon. TRNA is only about 80 nucleotides long, and it folds up by complementary base pairing to form a looped clover-leaf.
RNA Structure and Function
There are three main types of RNA molecules: messenger RNA (mRNA) ribosomal RNA (rRNA) transfer RNA (tRNA) There are also many other types of RNA molecules that are not directly involved in protein.

New Hope for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Sufferers
There are numerous theories with regard to the causes of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, many of which may be indeed touching on the truth or at least touching on an aggravator or contributor to these afflictions. Diseases in general have been growing in epidemic proportion over at least the past 20 years, especially in the United States, where our increasingly toxic environment and lifestyles have drifted further and further away from what is natural in the name of progress, technology, and profit. Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are no exception, the two often being experienced togethe ...

Facts about Genetic research
Genetics, or the science of genes, seems to be the future of modern medicine, and genetic research keeps gaining ground, but together with the great benefits and cures it can bring, genetic research poses a lot of moral and ethical problems, and it has been said that it could even threaten our civil rights and liberties.
If genetic research continues to develop, parents will be able to have exactly the children they want, and they could plan his life even before his birth. And is this 'right'?Other thing that genetic research could lead to is genetic discrimination - already a numbe ...
