The Profect Solution for Diabetics
Diabetes, which affects more than 6% of the US population or over 18,000,000 people [i], is diagnosed when the body is not creating or effectively utilizing the hormone called insulin. As a result, much-needed energy from sugar, starch, and other sources are not being exploited as effectively as they should. This can lead to severe adverse health consequences, including nerve, ocular, and kidney problems [ii].
While genetics and environmental factors play a role, the exact cause of diabetes is as yet undetermined. However, one thing is precisely clear to those with this condition: eati ...

Female Hair Loss:
Research shows that up to two thirds of women experience hair loss at some stage in their life and this can often be a very stressful time for women and is an integral part of their self image. The most common causes of hair loss in women is not related to inherited genes but usually associated with other factors such as pregnancy, stress, chemotherapy, certain diets, thyroid hormone deficiency, some drugs or infections. Unlike men the hair loss in this case is usually temporary and healthy re-growth can occur over time. Unlike men, women rarely go bald but may experience signif ...

Prevent Disease By Thinking Differently Than Experts
Did you know that all physicians and medical researchers have been indoctrinated with a flawed model of thinking dating to the 17th century? These "experts" cling to a Cartesian model of thinking. Cartesian refers to the philosopher Descartes who declared, "I do not recognize any difference between the machines made by craftsmen and various bodies nature alone composes." All scientists, whether they were physicists, botanists, or zoologists, soon adopted his concept that the subject of their study was a machine. Over time, however, every science but one opted out of ...

A simple method for 3'-labeling of RNA.
We describe a simple method for 3'-end labeling RNAs of known sequence. A short DNA template is designed to anneal to the 3'-end of the RNA, with a two nucleotide 5' overhang of 3'-TA-5', 3'-TG-5' or 3'-TC-5'. The Klenow fragment of DNA polymerase I can then c ...

Site-specific biotinylation of RNA molecules by transcription using unnatural base pairs.
Publication Date: 2005 PMID: 16113238Authors: Moriyama, K. - Kimoto, M. - Mitsui, T. - Yokoyama, S. - Hirao, I.Journal: Nucleic Acids ResDirect site-specific biotinylation of RNA molecules was achieved by specific transcription mediated by unnatural base pairs. Unnatural base pairs between 2-amino-6-(2-thienyl)purine (denoted by s) and 2-oxo(1H)pyridine (denoted by y), or 2-amino-6-(2-thiazolyl)purine (denoted as v) and y specifically function in T7 transcription. Using these unnatural base pairs, the substrate of biotinylated-y (Bio-yTP) was selectively incorporated into RNA, opposite s or v in the DNA templates, by T7 RNA polymerase. This method was applied to the immobilization of an RNA aptamer on sensor chips, and the aptamer accurately recognized its target protein. This direct site-specific biotinylation will provide a tool for RNA-based biotechnologies.

5 Fitness Myths That Are Responsible For Thousands of Fitness Failures
Unfortunately, many people are misinformed and are also misled by the many promises of the weight loss industry. Everywhere you look, you see or hear of people promising “Dramatic Weight Loss” with products such as “The Fat Trapper”, or “Exercise in a Bottle”. Then you also have the hundreds of diets out there such as “The Zone”, “Sugar Busters” or “The Atkins Diet”. I’m sure you have heard of many of these yourself. You might have even tried some of them. Unfortunately, these products and diets are not the quick fix, or the miracles they are portrayed as. They are also usually very d ...

Cherokee People Will REturn
Here is a brief Intro for my book Cherokee People Will REturn. Yes, the E is intentionally capitalized.
It does no good to lie about the past even if it seems to make more money due to corrupt practices carried out by the invaders of Paradise. Genetics will be a difficult thing for various historians who ardently support their tenured ‘me-too think’ to overcome. I get support almost every week for my history from just this one discipline of science. Even the genetic or DNA evaluation of lice has contributed to this history in recent months. The claim that Australia or S. E. Asia is the ...

Find a Doctor
Find a Doctor This is usually a simple task. Open up your phone book (Yellow Pages) and look for one in your area; or ask your primary care physician for a referral to see a specialist. Better still, go online – there is an abundance of free directories listing doctors.
How to find a doctor? There’s no magical route to finding the right doctor. If you have a primary care physician just call him or her and make an appointment. If you don’t have a primary care physician, try the route suggested above. Or, if you feel you need specialist care, you can save time and money by goin ...
