  • Alzheimer Disease and Antioxidants

At the present time, one out of ten adults have some form of Alzheimer disease. According to Dr. Greengard, Director of the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research at the Rockefeller University, that number is expected to strike up to three times as many in the coming decades. • Eat Fiber and Avoid Constipation

To have regular bowel movements and escape constipation you need to eat more fiber. Fiber from raw vegetable and fruits is better for you than fiber from grains. Why? Raw vegetables and fruits are live foods with enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and many antioxidants that are charged electrically. They have a magnetic energy that is absorbed by your DNA. So get more fiber from this source and less from grains.

Don't forget about water. If you don't get enough water during the day, your body will take the water out of your fecal matter in the colon and make your stools hard. Drink a minimu ...

  • Obesity & it's relationship to Anoraxia, Bulimia and other eating disorders.
Obesity is a disease that affects approximately 60 million people in the United States, and women are especially affected. Over one-third of women between the ages of 20 and 74 are obese, the majority of them being African American or Mexican American. • Under the Knife
More and more men who are unhappy about their penis sizes have considered getting under the knife – or having surgery – in an attempt to enhance the appearance and function of their member.

Much headway has been gained in phalloplasty, also called cosmetic penile enhancement or augmentation surgery, but it still remains a very controversial method in penile enlargement due to unpredictable results and the high risks involved.

Phalloplasty requires two separate procedures: one to lengthen the penis and another to increase girth.

Surgical lengthening of the penis is achieved by cutting ...

  • When To Order and Send Your Wedding Invitations

Wedding Invitations should be ordered when you have all the details of your wedding set… place, time of ceremony and reception as well as your guest list. Plan to place your invitation order at least 3-4 months in advance, some companies may require 4-6 months.
