  • Build Health: Go To School On Suzanne Sommers' Misfortune

Did you see the Larry King Live show where Suzanne Sommers informed us she was a victim of breast cancer?

Until then the butt-mastering, thigh-mastering Ms. Sommers was thought to be a model of good health. Not only that, legions of her fans followed the Suzanne Sommers’ Diet.

Suzanne acknowledged that as a model of good health she had to set an example and eat the right foods. Well, if she was eating all the right foods, why the cancer?

Some experts have theorized that Ms. Sommers carries a disease gene that resulted in her cancer.

Just like us, she has more than 30 ...

Paternity Testing – Are you raising someone else’s child?

Back in the 1700s, the best way to determine paternity was by a good hard look at the child, followed by a good hard look at the father. Enough coincidences and maybe a relationship could be proposed. A hundred years later, eye colour was discovered to be a paternity identifier. This theory has had its flaws exposed because of recent DNA advances. We now know that eye colour is determined by at least six alleles, or genetic markers. Paternity testing has become a lot easier and affordable over the past few years due to advances in DN ...

  • Could You Have an Identical Twin?

I am not a twin myself, but if I were I would definitely want to be an identical twin. There is just something amazing about having someone else in the world with my exact DNA, down to the last amino acid. Most people think of twins as being either identical or fraternal, but there are many different types of twins.

Identical Twin - Identical twins are born when a fertilized egg, or zygote, splits in two. Because the egg is fertilized by one sperm cell, and it is the sperm cell that determines the sex of the child, identical twins are always the same sex.

    The two children ...

    Genetics News:

"This is where lots of people would like to be: beyond science."
Quote of note: Americans simply don't find Darwinism very appealing. According to modern Darwinists, random genetic variations chosen in a survival-of-the-fittest process created all living things, even humans — with nothing guaranteeing our emergence at the top of the heap. Darwinism is not a comforting world view for conscious, egotistical beings like us. ...and I don't know why that would be the case. After all, it means that, with no favoritism or anything beyond our own native capabilities, we won. Anyway...  A natural selection: intelligent design By Edward J. Larson, EDWARD J. Genetic variations predispose Mexican Americans to insulin resistance
Although numerous studies have shown that low-grade inflammation is linked to heart disease and diabetes, more recent studies have shown that inflammation plays a role in insulin resistance, a syndrome that leads to diabetes and heart disease and affects about one in four adults in the United States.

    Methods for genomic analysis
The present invention relates to methods for identifying variations that occur in the human genome and relating these variations to the genetic basis of disease and drug response. In particular, the present invention relates to identifying individual SNPs, determining SNP haplotype blocks and patterns, and, further, using the SNP haplotype...

  • Can We Stop Cancer from Frequency Pollution?

By sending in ELF-Extremely Low Frequencies into an area of known and above average cancer rates in the middle of the night as people sleep, you could boost their immune system and help keep free radicals in their body at bay. The brain works at these frequencies and puts the brain into a theta state of deep thought. Good frequencies for the immune system are 8.5 Hz and 7.89 Hz near the Earth’s own resonance. By allowing the brain time at this level the body and central nervous system can re-align and discharge these free radicals from harming the DNA or causing all sorts of problems. Talk ...

    • Breathalyzer for TB and Hepatitis Needed at Border

One of the latest technology advances in innovation for disease control is a device, which is similar to a Breathalyzer. It is truly amazing what entrepreneurs can come up with when the mother of invention remains mankind’s greatest motivator. There are some issues with such equipment, in that how do you test people with out infecting those being tested when the others who were tested might have had the disease and contaminated equipment? We have outlined some ideas on how to do this without infecting those who work with the INS, Border Patrol or in DHS.

First of all we know how serio ...
