  • Simple Tips for Easy Weight Loss, Part I
    Copyright 2005 Monique Hawkins

Current statistics reveal that 75% of Americans are overweight and 40% are obese. For those who desire to lose weight and obtain optimal health, sometimes it can be overwhelming trying to figure out where to start. From the Atkins Diet to the South Beach Diet; from the low fat to low carb diets, there are numerous weight-loss plans to choose from. In addition, given conflicting information as to what works best, it can be difficult deciding what to do. The following tips and information highlight's Kevin Trudeau's book: "How to Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days: T ...

Did you know that aging begins at 30! And every second somewhere in the world someone turns 50! And the quality of life for the average person stops at age 51. After that, it takes medical intervention to manage their symptoms to maintain their “health”. And only 1 in 10,000 people makes it to 100 years old… and a shocking proportion of those people who reach the age of 100 are very poor! “Aging is a barbarick phenomenon that shouldn’t be tolerated in polite society,” says University of Cambridge gerentologist Aubrey de Grey. I Gerald Armstrong the owner of Gen Cells Cures agree. The stem c ...

  • Documenting the Undocumented with RFID Chips or Cards

Here is an idea which came out of one of our recent thinking groups meetings regarding border security, which seems to be appropriate. First we seal off the borders and only allow crossing thru certain border check points. Robots patrol, if they see you they warn you to stop and go back in Spanish, then warn one more time. Then shoot non-lethal shot. If the perpetrator continues to the next zone, they are warned to go back twice and then if they continue they are shot dead. Running persons in reverse direction and back the country can continue without hassle as long as they keep moving out ...

    Genetics News:

Molecular genetic profiling of gleason grades 3 and 4/5 prostate cancer
Many genes are affected in prostate cancers which have not been previously identified. This includes genes that have been up-regulated or down-regulated. Monitoring the expression levels of these genes is useful to identify the existence of prostate cancer. Also, monitoring the expression levels of these genes is useful to predict...

    Breast cancer genetic test backlog
The charity CancerBACUP has conducted a survey of BRCA1/2 genetic testing in 23 regional genetics centres, to detect mutations associated with substantially increased risk of breast and ovarian cancer (see BBC news item). They report that in two of the 19 centres that responded, women are waiting up to nine months for their first appointment, and that in five centres women were waiting between one and two years for their test results.

Genetic Defect Calls for Colon Cancer Screening
Researchers have found a way to ease the burden of screening for people considered to be at high risk of colorectal cancer and other malignancies because of a suspected genetic defect.

Customized gene chip provides rapid detection of genetic changes in children's cancer
Genetics researchers have developed a customized gene chip to rapidly scan tumor samples for specific DNA changes that offer clues to prognosis in cases of neuroblastoma, a common form of children's cancer. Rather than covering the entire genome, the microarray focuses on suspect regions of chromosomes for signs of deleted genetic material known to play a role in the cancer.

  • Can We Stop Cancer from Frequency Pollution?

By sending in ELF-Extremely Low Frequencies into an area of known and above average cancer rates in the middle of the night as people sleep, you could boost their immune system and help keep free radicals in their body at bay. The brain works at these frequencies and puts the brain into a theta state of deep thought. Good frequencies for the immune system are 8.5 Hz and 7.89 Hz near the Earth’s own resonance. By allowing the brain time at this level the body and central nervous system can re-align and discharge these free radicals from harming the DNA or causing all sorts of problems. Talk ...
