Too Ugly? Too Short? Here's How To Turn Your Flaws Into Strengths
If you're worried and upset about your physical flaws, which prevent you from attracting women, then I've got some good news for you. Not only can you eliminate those flaws, you can turn them into your advantage. I'll explain how by bringing up an example of three guys who were very successful players in their day. So here's a trivia question for you. What do Steve Tyler of Aerosmith, the late rapper Eazy-E, and Curly from the Three Stooges all have in common? The answer is they all had voices so high that if they had wanted to, they could have talked to someone on the pho ...

Splicing intervention for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Publication Date: 2005 Aug 4 PMID: 16085461Authors: McClorey, G. - Fletcher, S. - Wilton, S.Journal: Curr Opin PharmacolThe manipulation of pre-mRNA to alter gene transcript splicing patterns offers considerable potential for many genetic disorders. In particular, the targeted removal of one or more exons from a gene transcript can skip over, or compensate for, disease-causing mutations. Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), the most common and severe form of muscular dystrophy, is one such disorder that could benefit from this strategy. Splicing modulation can convert a DMD phenotype into the less severe allelic Becker-like phenotype. Recent studies using antisense oligonucleotide-targeted exon skipping to induce near normal dystrophin in vivo in animal models, and in vitro in DMD cell lines, highlight the promise of this approach. On the basis of these successes, human clinical trials could be realized in the near future.

A Call for International Marriage Laws
I recently watched a CNN programme which centred on “kidnapped daughters” (from multicultural marriages) who were unwillingly given away in marriages in Islamic states by their fathers. Usually, the fathers were from these Islamic states. While pondering over why some states still refuse women their rights to choose whom to marry, the key question I am also trying to answer is “Which international law governs inter-country and inter-religious marriages?” The real issue is whose belief overrides in an inter-country and inter-religious marriage. Should the father dictate the beliefs of ...

Human Evolution Timeline: Revelations in Bible Quotes
The human evolution timeline is found recorded in Bible quotes (Book of Genesis). Adam's rib symbolizes the chromosome and is the key to the man ape evolution. In discussing evolution vs creation, many convergences like this one are found.
Someone who holds to the theory of evolution and denies creationism might ask why such an important matter as the creation of human beings would be in a symbolic message rather than in explicit language. And, after all, the Holy Scriptures don`t talk about chromosomes. That is a valid question, which shall be pursued below. First off, the main interes ...

Can We Stop Cancer from Frequency Pollution?
By sending in ELF-Extremely Low Frequencies into an area of known and above average cancer rates in the middle of the night as people sleep, you could boost their immune system and help keep free radicals in their body at bay. The brain works at these frequencies and puts the brain into a theta state of deep thought. Good frequencies for the immune system are 8.5 Hz and 7.89 Hz near the Earth’s own resonance. By allowing the brain time at this level the body and central nervous system can re-align and discharge these free radicals from harming the DNA or causing all sorts of problems. Talk ...
