  • Weight Gain Myths

The vast majority of myths about weight gain are mostly passed down from "gym talk" and so-called experts who know nothing about the body's workings.

Myths that lead to wasted time, frustration and if are taken blindly as truth, can really set back your progress in the gym. Don't believe everything you hear when it comes to exercise and weight gain.

  • Genes and Work Ethic

If you have good genes, you are blessed. If they are exceptional, you might be successful on that alone.

Add work ethic and you will be successful and remarkable.

On Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, Linda Green retired after 23 years as a dancer in “Jubilee!” the longest-running production of its kind in Las Vegas.

At 51, Green was the oldest continually working showgirl.

A local columnist dubbed her the “Cal Ripkin Jr. of showgirls,” after baseball’s record holder for most consecutive games played.

In certain respects, her achievement is more remarkable.

  • Eureka! I’ve Found It!

OK, so it wasn’t quite that big of a deal. But I did find the “T” that mysteriously escaped from the word “not” in one of my articles a few months ago. Yep, I found it all right. Right at the end of what was intended to be the word “though”. • Youth In A Changing World

    Introduction

Children are the gifts of God to parents. That young child will in no time at all grow up to become a resposible future leader if he is well catered for. Therefore whatever they learn or grow up with is what they will act upon in their future.

Juvenile Deliquency is nothing but indiscipline among youth. An untrained child of today will destroy the future of himself and that of others. Remember Crowley in New york, the USA, Aninih and Shina Rambo, notorious armed robbers in Nigeria, they are today the world enemies. What shall we say of you and your children in futur ...
