  • Tips on a People Search and Doctor Search

Search engines competition is at the highest level and constantly embedding new technologies into searches. The result? Better information for the consumer, and it’s only the beginning! Search engine technology is so precise (especially Google™) that conducting a doctor search or a people search can deliver googles of information.

Depending on the type and quality of information you’re looking after, several different approaches can be used to perform your search.

To date all the human cloning claims have been a fraud because no DNA proof has been presented. However, the Korean’s cloning experiments have opened the door wider on human cloning. President Bush can bang his head up against the wall all he wants. He can get down on his knees and pray to God for the world to outlaw cloning. I make it a practice of testing my workshop participants for this very thing because of its importance in creating and supporting an effective, organized workspace.

    Genetics News:

Frist Supports Federal Funds for Embryonic Stem Cell Research

The Media Cynic reports that Senator Bill Frist has decided to change his position on stem cell research and now plans to support federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. Frist's position is now against President Bush's controversial and highly restrictive policy. President Bush has already threatened to veto a new stem cell bill which passed in the House that promises federal funding of stem cell research. So, it is a promising development that the Senate might pass a bill that allows federal dollars to be put towards this promising research and allows more embryonic stem cell lines to be used. Unfortunately, President Bush could veto the bill -- as he has already threatened to do. This news report contains the full text of Frist's statement.

Turning Back Time: Embryonic stem cell rejuvenates skin cell

By fusing an embryonic stem cell with an adult skin cell, researchers have created cells that retain valuable embryonic characteristics but carry the adult cell's genes.

Obesity, once seen as akin to laziness and overeating, is now understood as a complex disorder having to do with genetics and hormonal as well as lifestyle factors. People seem to have very different energy requirements; some can eat half as much as others and weigh the same.

By some estimates, as many as 20% of Americans are obese with 6-10% classified as morbidly obese (having a body mass index of 40 or greater, or being more than 100 pounds overweight), a health problem with severe consequences that can include hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obstructive sleep apnea, ...
