  • Womens Plus Size Expansion
There is some fantastic news that all you plus size women should know. Evidence is showing that more and more companies, clothing stores and merchandisers are opening their eyes, to accommodate larger sizes.

Within the past, the Gap is one of the industry leaders and has extended their sizes, currently only available online at www.gap.com, to include XXL and sizes up to 20. Although this only covers a few sizes in the plus size range, it is a start and it is coming from a clothing store everyone is familiar with.

Now it is becoming a reality that women with plus size needs can ...

  • Genes and Work Ethic

If you have good genes, you are blessed. If they are exceptional, you might be successful on that alone.

Add work ethic and you will be successful and remarkable.

On Thursday, Sept. 9, 2004, Linda Green retired after 23 years as a dancer in “Jubilee!” the longest-running production of its kind in Las Vegas.

At 51, Green was the oldest continually working showgirl.

A local columnist dubbed her the “Cal Ripkin Jr. of showgirls,” after baseball’s record holder for most consecutive games played.

In certain respects, her achievement is more remarkable.

  • The Honeybush Miracle.
Perhaps a little eclipsed by the world-wide success of Rooibos, another natural South African health tea, Honeybush; is finally getting the attention it deserves.

Honeybush tea ( botanical name: Cyclopia intermedia ) grows along mountain slopes in the Cedarberg and Langkloof area, and has a naturally sweet, almost honey-like taste. Its brewing colour is a pinky red. South Africa produces only 200 tons of Honeybush tea per year. Not much when compared to the annual Rooibos tea crop of around 4000 tons. This lesser known tea has, however, apparently plenty to offer.

Just like the ever popu ...

    Embryo Cloning Cheers, Fears
    Sfgate.com - Fri, 20 May 2005 22:11:00 GMT

Scientists set for UK cloning of human embryo
Stem cell researchers in Newcastle have applied for a licence which could allow them to clone human embryo cells to develop new treatments for diseases.

UK's first cloned human embryo announced
SCIENTISTS at Newcastle University have sparked a race to find new cures for degenerative diseases after cloning a human embryo for the first time in Britain.

Cloning from two mothers, UK gives the green light
Scientists at Newcastle University, UK, have been granted permission to clone a human embryo with genes from two different mothers. The procedure will be as follows: A man and a woman fertilize an egg. That new embryo's nucleus will be placed into an unfertilized egg of another woman. The aim of this procedure is to filter out genetic defects which would be passed on to the baby... click link for more info.

Human Embryo Cloned From Immature Eggs...

  • Credit Traps Snag Consumers
Nearly 20 years ago I worked for a small consumer advocacy organization in Washington, DC. Each week we received sacks full of mail from consumers across the country requesting our list of credit cards with low interest rates and no annual fees. If you wanted a low interest rate on a credit card back then, you often had to apply to a bank in Arkansas where interest rates were capped by state law. Those were the good old days. Now, interest rates range from zero percent to a high 39 percent. But it’s tougher to find (and keep) a good credit card than ever before. That’s because there are many n ...

  • Where Should You Go On The First Date?

One of the most frequently asked questions in the history of dating (with the exception of the caveman who was a firm believer in kidnapping and always took his date to a filthy cave) is where should one go on a first date. For starters, there are several places you shouldn't even think about going on a first date. They are listed below in order of "you'll die alone" rankings.

    1) Never go to your parent's house, especially if you still live there, on a first date. It says you're beyond desperate.

    2) When you promise someone a good time, it does not mean a luxury chicken box dinn ...

  • Human Evolution Timeline: Revelations in Bible Quotes
The human evolution timeline is found recorded in Bible quotes (Book of Genesis). Adam's rib symbolizes the chromosome and is the key to the man ape evolution. In discussing evolution vs creation, many convergences like this one are found.

Someone who holds to the theory of evolution and denies creationism might ask why such an important matter as the creation of human beings would be in a symbolic message rather than in explicit language. And, after all, the Holy Scriptures don`t talk about chromosomes. That is a valid question, which shall be pursued below. First off, the main interes ...
